Option
1: The single Freeview TV aerial feed and
a new Freeview digital aerial
|

to one room

- The provision, fitting installation and
alignment of an approved digital
antenna aerial. This TV aerial shall
be suitable for the local reception
conditions.
- The provision and installation of
suitable galvanised mounting brackets.
This is site specific and may be wall
or chimney mounted.
- The provision and installation of
suitable TV aerial masting. Local
conditions dictate mast size and this may
be up to 10ft in length.
- The standard system does not use the
optional booster/signal amplifier.
- We accommodate for one single surface
mounted cable outlet/aerial plug
point. The standard down feed cable
length to the TV aerial can be up to
15m in length.
- The position of the TV aerial outlet
shall be in a suitable position for
connection to your Freeview TV
receiver equipment.
- We will seal all wall entry holes
against the elements using silicon sealant
and appropriate internal/ external weather
covers.
- The TV aerial cable ends shall be
terminated properly in accordance with a
crimp on ‘IEC’ type cable connector.
- The final assessment of received
terrestrial services (DTT/ Freeview/
Analogue) to confirm that the new service
(coverage restrictions apply) is
operational to agreed levels following the
aerial system installation.
